After decades of tenants wear and tear, this apartment originally designed and built in the 1960s was tired and in need of a refresh.

The wood ceiling and tile floors, original to the space, required special attention to the walls that would not only pair well but help celebrate them.  We chose paints that complemented and balanced the the warm, brown tones.  Our work also included restoring the original blue mosaics in the bathroom.

Complete with fine vintage furnishings sourced by us, this space feels contemporary while also celebrating its history.
